Orders or inquiries may be handled through the contact form (which may open WhatsApp with your message), direct WhatsApp, phone, or an in-store visit.

Sending a message alone does not guarantee a reservation or confirmed order. Confirmation happens when Nora Dark Bakery replies and agrees with you on quantity, product, date, time, and, if applicable, delivery or pickup.

For special orders or larger volumes, please contact us with reasonable notice.

We may offer store pickup and, when available, home delivery in areas and time windows we indicate when confirming your order.

Timing, coverage, and delivery conditions will be agreed at confirmation. External factors (traffic, weather, order volume) may affect estimated times.

Published prices, if any, may change without prior notice. The applicable price is the one confirmed when the order is closed.

Accepted payment methods (cash, transfer, or others) will be indicated at confirmation. Keep your receipt when applicable.

Texts, photos, logos, brand typography, site design, and other Nora Dark Bakery content are protected. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is not allowed, except reasonable personal use while browsing the site.

When contacting us you agree to provide accurate information and not to send unlawful, offensive, spam, or rights-infringing content. We reserve the right not to respond to abusive or fraudulent messages.
